Vezi Credit Solution handles your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This notice explains what is collected through this site and how it is used.
What is collected
When you book a consultation: your first name, last name, phone number, email address if you give it, and what you need help with. During your consultation: your ID and proof of payment.
Why it is collected
To contact you about your request, run your consultation and work on your credit record. It is not sold or used for anything else.
Who can see it
Only Vezi Credit Solution staff working on your case. Your ID and proof of payment are kept in private storage.
How long it is kept
Records are kept for 5 years, then deleted or de-identified.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information Vezi Credit Solution holds about you, and you can complain to the Information Regulator.
